Anita Waller was a fairly easy character to create. She mirrors myself and my views in some ways, but other parts of
her character were derived from aspects of my friend's and family's personalities. However, it was Helen Fielding's 'Bridget
Jones' that really persuaded me to put my silly ideas into some short stories. I think that it's because of the familiarity
of the character that I find this stories so enjoyable to write. ~Becky~
It's difficult to begin to explain how Jason's character developed. I guess my original intention was to have Anita's
best friend as a character that fits some sort of s stereotype. I think I probably use a lot of stereotyping in this series.
i think the final decision to make Jason the stereotypical 'gay' man almost came about by accident, though. I remember coming
up with his first piece of dialogue and it just flowing on from there.
Keep a look out becuase i'm hoping to write some stories from Jason's point of view in the near future.
